Quaker Parrots, also known as 'The Monk Parakeet', are native to South America.

They are known for their unique behavior of bobbing heads & shaking; at the same time being affectionate and getting along well with almost everyone.

When reared from a young age, Quaker Parrots learn to speak a large number of words & phrases and are considered among the top talkers in the Bird World.

These Parrots grow approximately 12 inches (1foot) in length & live upto 15 - 20 years in captivity.
